Building on our private sector technical infrastructure experience, we’ve adapted some of our consulting and training services specifically to support Federal, state, and local governments. We’re a registered SBA small business, and a small/preferred supplier with several state and local jurisdictions.

We’ve managed digital infrastructure programs for the hospitality industry, helping to drive customer conversion and a positive guest experience. Our services have historically focused on supporting large digital infrastructure projects around content management, digital customer conversion, and UX. We’ve also managed back-end infrastructure projects around guestroom entertainment, high-speed Internet, and revenue optimization.

Our work in higher education has always been about supporting the supporting students and faculty, and helping both institutions and Ed Tech companies build their capacity to serve these groups. We’ve focused on optimizing student services processes within institutions of higher education, and helping companies in the industry build their organizational maturity. In response to how Covid impacted higher education, we’ve recently rolled out a suite of services to help institutions and faculty adapt.

The B2B digital experience is newer to manufacturing as compared to many other industries, and we have brought our experience to support it. Our projects in this space have focused on consolidating siloed and disparate ecommerce experiences into a single infrastructure, and managing the rollout of new B2B ecommerce experiences in the heavy manufacturing industry.
